DESCRIPTION:
1.Identify and develop clients with international cargo transportation needs (Consignees/Shippers/Forwarders/Agents), especially on key routes to the USA, Canada, and China (via Sea & Air).
2.Consulting customers on solutions related to forwarding services, transportation, import and export goods, and Logistics services.
3.Prepare quotations and service to support customers.
4.Build and maintain sea/air freight rate tables; understand the advantages and limitations of each route and carrie.
5.Manage and regularly update the list of logistics service providers to ensure efficient and stable operations.
6.Maintain strong relationships with carriers, airlines, and related partners (ports, warehouses, handling service providers).
7.Enhance the competitiveness of company advantages and develop new channels.

DESCRIPTION:
1.Contact with shipper for all necessary procedure supports.
2.Responsible for day-to-day coordination, execution and tracking of sea import,export as well as transshipments.
3.Prepares hipping documentation on a daily basis.
4.Provide timely updates to customers regarding their import/export shipments.
5.Liase effectively with carriers, oversea agents and internal team if need
6.Ensure all shipment documentation are compliant with customs rules and regulations.
7.Manage documentation flows, including all operational transactions such as bills of lading (B/L), packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of origin, licences etc.

REQUIREMENTS :

1.Review shipping orders and manage booking space within the system, coordinating with the shipping department to maximize the business needs.
2.Analyze and conduct regular freight rate on market conditions, inquiry for quotation, price maintenance, timely update and sort out the shipping lines' freight rates and give feedback to ensure the latest market consultation.
3.Establish good cooperative relationship with shipping lines, develop and expand more high-quality suppliers and route resources for the company.
4.Support the sales team by providing quotations and offering market rate insights to assist with business development.
5.Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments, responsible for regular reconciliations with suppliers.
6.Responsible for coordinating the problems encountered in the process of cargo boarding and transportation, timely coordination and provide solutions according to the situation.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor's degree in transportation or logistics.
2.1 years of related experience at an international freight forwarding company, ship department, peer resources are preferred.
3.Strong market insight, executive ability, good communication and writing skills, strong customer service awareness, high sense of responsibility.
4.Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Ms Office).
5.Good communication skills in English written and spoken (It is a must), knowing Chinese is preferable.

1.Issue VAT invoices, make SOA to credit customer timely;
2.Record invoices to the internal system and write off once payment is received;
3.Be responsible for following up payment from customer; prepare monthly aging report and bad debt to management;
4.Check and reconcile with bank accounts timely;
5.Organize the Bank slip/ Invoice by bank transaciton date;
6.Check and verify the internal SOA with other agents;
7.Any other duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Graduated at accounting/finance major;
2.At least 1 year in Logistics/Forwarding/Marine/Import-Export field.
3.Good at English, knowing Chinese is preferable.;
